Ten Techniques to Increase Your Energy!





It’s a sad fact that more and more people are falling victim to diseases and obesity, which deprive them of energy and vitality, and cause them to stop enjoying life. Without energy, the quality of life declines. Lack of energy is the number one complaint that doctors hear. We must fight fatigue and increase energy in order to enjoy life to the fullest!

Causes of Lack of Energy

Why do people lack energy? It’s because of poor health. What is responsible for poor health? For the most part, disease is not the cause of poor health; it’s the result of it. Some of the biggest causes of poor health and a need to increase energy levels are:

  • Eating large amounts of fast food and gaining weight

  • Consuming chemical fertilizers and pesticides, used to grow foods

  • Side effects of prescription drugs, which don’t treat the underlying causes of poor health

  • Reducing and destroying nutrients while preparing foods

  • Stress

  • Environmental pollution and toxins in water and air

  • Drugs (antibiotics, steroids, and hormones) being injected into or fed to meat sources, such as chickens, cows, and pigs

Take a look at your life - the stress you might be under, the things you eat, and how much of them you consume. Reflect upon the air you breathe, the medications you take, and the water you drink. How are your energy levels? Do you see room for any improvement in the above? The more of these things you remove from your life, the more energy you will have.
