1. Eat larger meals in the middle of the day, instead of in the evening, to increase energy and help you lose weight. Digestion is much more active during the day, which uses food for energy more effectively. At night, digestion slows down and more weight is gained.
2. Eat organic vegetables and fruits and grass-fed sources of meat, if possible. This will help eliminate pesticides, chemical fertilizers, antibiotics, steroids, and hormones from your food. This will free your body from struggling to eliminate these chemicals and save energy.
3. Avoid fast foods, high sugar foods, white flour, and saturated fats in your diet. Eat a raw diet, cooking food as little as possible. When you do cook, bake, boil, and broil foods, instead of frying them. Take a daily multivitamin. Fish and dark green, leafy vegetables energize the brain.
4. Getting daily exercise will reduce stress, increase the body’s ability to get oxygen to the cells efficiently, lower blood pressure, reduce cholesterol, and decrease body fat to increase energy.
5. Work on curing the cause of diseases, not just treating them with prescription drugs. Avoid mind and mood altering drugs.
6. Try to live in an area with minimal air pollution. Exercise indoors when pollutant levels are high. Check your water for purity and consider using a water filter if needed. Use a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter to remove pollutants from the air in the home.
7. Stretching increases oxygen flow to your organs for more energy.
8. Sleeping in a lighted room interferes with the sleep cycle. Sleep in a dark room or use a sleeping mask to get the most energy from your rest. Get seven to nine hours of sleep per night.
